  • - mashed potatoes - 2 glasses;
  • - wheat flour - 0.5 glasses;
  • - a desi - 1 tablespoon;
  • - cream - 1 tablespoon;
  • - granulated sugar - 0.3 teaspoons;
  • - salt - 0.3 teaspoons.

Instruction

1. Boil the peeled potatoes to full readiness then crush it the masher to a pyureobrazny state. By the way, for preparation of Lefse flat cakes it is possible to use already ready puree, only previously it needs to be warmed up by means of a water bath or in the microwave oven.

2. When potato puree becomes warm, enter into it the following components: cream, granulated sugar and also salt together with a desi. Mix all ingredients among themselves in weight with uniform consistence. The received mix, having placed in the refrigerator, cool for 15 minutes.
