Instruction

1. To make hot chocolate according to the simplest recipe, you will need only milk and dark chocolate. Pour out two hundred fifty milliliters of milk in a pan and put in it hundred grams of the bitter chocolate broken on pieces. Put a pan on small fire and heat until chocolate is kindled. Intensively stirring slowly, bring drink to the boil and remove from fire. Everything, hot chocolate is ready.

2. To make dense drink, pour out eight hundred milliliters of milk in a pan. Add to milk two hundred grams of the quality chocolate broken on pieces without filler. Put a pan on average fire and warm up milk until chocolate is kindled. In a glass of milk stir three tablespoons of potato starch. Pour out milk with starch in a pan and continue to heat on slow fire, continuously stirring slowly until liquid begins to get denser. Pour chocolate on cups and give hot.

3. Using spicery, it is possible to make drink with more difficult and interesting taste. For preparation of hot chocolate with cinnamon take two sticks of cinnamon and pound them in a mortar. Mix seven hundred milliliters of milk and three hundred milliliters of twenty-percentage cream in a pan. Put mix on average fire and bring to the boil. As soon as liquid begins to boil, remove a pan from fire and add to it cinnamon. Cover milk. In five minutes filter milk, add to it two hundred grams of bitter chocolate and stir drink a nimbus until chocolate disperses.

4. Chocolate with whipped cream is quite good. For its preparation you will need four hundred milliliters of milk. Add two teaspoons of sugar and a little vanilla sugar to milk. Bring mix to the boil, stirring slowly, and remove milk from fire. Add forty grams of bitter chocolate to hot milk and mix liquid before dissolution of chocolate. Pour drink on cups and decorate with whipped cream.
