Pastries always attract hostesses. Pies hold a specific place. Simple recipes, are prepared quickly. One of them is maple syrup pie. Try and surely it will be pleasant to you.
For 6-8 portions it will be required:
- 1/2 glasses - (125 ml) corn starch;
- 1/2 glasses - (125 ml) waters;
- 3 - vitellus;
- 2 glasses - (500 ml) a refiner syrup;
- 1 1/2 glasses - (375 ml) maple syrup;
- 1/2 glasses - (125 ml) a desi;
- 1/3 glasses - (80 ml) chopped nut;
- 1 tsps - (5 ml) a vanilla extract;
- 1 baked cake layer with a diameter of 23 cm;

- whipped cream;
- chopped nut.
- В to ware in water dissolve starch and mix with a vitellus.
- In a pan on moderate fire dissolve a refiner syrup in maple syrup. Enter starch and shake up until mix doesn't become dense and creamy. Without ceasing to stir slowly, you hold on slow fire within three minutes.
- Remove from fire, mix with oil, nuts and vanillin. Pour out on a cake layer and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Decorate with whipped cream and chopped nut. After that it is possible to give on a table.
The second option: replace nuts with currant.

- 1/2 glasses (125 ml) of butter;
- 1 glass (250 ml) of icing sugar;
- 1 small egg;
- 3 drops of a vanilla extract;
- 1 1/4 glasses (300 ml) of flour.
1. In the mixer make cream of oil. Gradually enter icing sugar, disturbing until dough becomes granular. Add egg and a vanilla extract.
2. By means of a scapula gradually add flour, but don't knead strongly.
3. Inwrap dough, put in the fridge.
