How to make meat goulash

According to culinary specialists, the most tasty goulash can be made only from gentle veal. But not always such meat is near at hand. Often low-fat pork which doesn't spoil a dish at all is applied to preparation of goulash. Goulash turns out excellent.

It is required to you

  • Pork - 0.7 kg.;
    • onion - 2 pieces;
    • paprika - 1 piece;
    • parsley - 1 bunch;
    • tomato - 4 - 5 pieces;
    • dry white wine - 100 ml.;
    • meat soup;
    • flour - 2 tablespoons;
    • bay leaf
    • red and black pepper
    • caraway seeds
    • salt – to taste;
    • vegetable oil.


1. Clean and cut half rings onions, and cut paprika not really thin straws.

2. Wash up meat, dry, cut small pieces. Fry meat in a frying pan in vegetable oil. After full evaporation of a meat fluid add flour and fry within 1 – 2 minutes constantly stirring slowly.

3. In other frying pan roast onions till golden color, then add paprika and fry within 3 minutes.

4. On a bottom put vegetables, then meat in a cauldron. Pepper, add some spice, pour in wine and meat soup. Let's boil 2 minutes and add the tomatoes cut in cubes.

5. You stew goulash under a cover until ready of meat. Season with greens. Enjoy your meal!
