The meat baked in spicy honey sauce will become the main course on your holiday table!

It is required to you

  • - 2-2.5 kg of meat;
  • - 0.5 articles of a refiner syrup;
  • - 25 ml of liquid honey;
  • - 1.5 tablespoons of spicy brown mustard;
  • - pinch of ground cloves;
  • - 1 articles of pecan nuts.

Instruction

1. On the steak chosen by you (you can choose as bone-in, and without) we do a diamond-shaped network of cuts by depth about a quarter of centimeter.

2. We warm an oven up to the temperature of 160 degrees and we prepare a fire-resistant form, having lined it with foil. We spread in it the prepared piece and from above also we cover with a foil. We send to the hot furnace on an hour and a half.

3. While meat is baked, a knife we crush nuts in a small crumb (you can use a manual melnichka or the kitchen processor). At us about a half of a glass of a nut crumb has to turn out.

4. We pass to preparation of sauce. For this purpose in a small stewpan we mix sugar and spicy mustard, we add liquid fragrant honey and a pinch of ground cloves. We put on minimum and fire and we wait until on a surface of sauce bubbles appear. Then we remove it from a plate and we pour the crushed black fox. We mix.

5. In an hour after the beginning of preparation of meat we get it from an oven, accurately we remove a foil and carefully we rub with sauce (having left a little for giving). We return in the furnace for 20 minutes.

6. 20 minutes later we take out and we grease with mix of the flown-down sauce and the allocated meat fluid. We send to the furnace for 20 minutes.

7. We take out a ready-to-eat meal from an oven, we allow to cool down literally 5-10 minutes, we water with the remained sauce and we give to a table!
