  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 100-150 g of granulated sugar;
  • - 100 g of starch;
  • - vanillin to taste;
  • - gratings of orange or lemon;
  • - coconut flakes;
  • - grated chocolate.

Instruction

1. For preparations dairy kissel dissolve potato starch in a circle in 150-200 ml of cold milk or boiled and chilled water.

2. Take a pan, rinse it with cold water, pour other milk and put on fire. Before boiling add granulated sugar.

3. In the boiling milk, stirring slowly, pour in the divorced potato starch. Lower fire to a minimum.

4. Mature kissel within five-six minutes on small fire before boiling, without ceasing to mix, otherwise kissel will burn to a pan bottom.

5. For aroma it is possible to add to hot kissel to taste vanillin or a polished dried peel of orange or a lemon and it is good to mix. Then to pour kissel on glasses or cups and to cool.

6. The cooled kissel before giving can be laid out from cups on small plates and to strew with coconut flakes or grated chocolate.
