In shops the wide choice of the frozen vegetable mixes which are good for using during this period when there is almost no fresh vegetables is presented. Upon purchase of mix pay attention to that vegetables in a package were friable, but didn't lie one bound together block.

    • package of the frozen vegetable mix (400 g)
    • potatoes (3 pieces)
    • water or meat soup (2 liters)
    • fresh greens
    • Vegetable mix under a cheese crust

    • sour cream (2 tablespoons)
    • eggs (2 pieces)
    • hard cheese (50 g)
    • Omelet with a vegetable mix
    • package of a vegetable mix (400 g)
    • eggs (4 pieces)
    • mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
    • vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
    • Vegetables in sweet-sour sauce
    • package of the frozen vegetable mix (400 g)
    • tomato paste (2 tablespoons)
    • soy-bean sauce (2 tablespoons)
    • wine vinegar (1 tablespoon)
    • granulated sugar (1 tablespoon) or honey (1 tablespoon)
    • starch (1 tablespoon)
    • water (1/2 glasses)

Instruction

1. Vegetable soup. Boil water or broth in a pan. Peel potato, cut it in cubes and lower in a pan. Boil thoroughly 10 minutes. Fill up in the boiling water a vegetable mix from a package, don't defreeze it. You cook soup of 15 more minutes. Salt. One couple of minutes prior to the end of cooking, strew soup with fresh greens.

2. Vegetable mix under a cheese crust. In a deep patch pour out the frozen mix. In a bowl stir eggs with sour cream. Add salt. Fill in with this liquid vegetables and put a patch in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Grate cheese. Get the baked vegetables, strew them with cheese and take in an oven of 5 more minutes, before emergence of a cheese crust.

3. Omelet with vegetables. On the warmed frying pan pour out a package of vegetables. Close a cover. You stew vegetables in own juice before disappearance of excess moisture. Periodically mix. Salt. Separately shake up eggs, add to them mayonnaise. Again shake up. Add vegetable oil, a frothed eggs to vegetables and fry as omelet. Collect the hardened edges to the center, puncture core that omelet was evenly fried thoroughly. Switch off fire and cover. Let's a couple of minutes stand. Omelet will be blown up and will be magnificent.

4. Vegetables in sweet-sour sauce. Pour out a package of vegetables in a saucepan or a stewpan. Put tomato paste in a deep bowl, add to it a soy-bean sauce, wine vinegar or white wine. Stir mix. Add honey or granulated sugar. Again stir. Dissolve starch in glass with water and pour out in sauce. Add sauce to vegetables and extinguish 15 – 20 minutes. Serve vegetables with friable rice.
