Buckwheat, for example contains group B vitamins, vitamin E and organic acids. The porridge made from this grain, very nourishing. And still it will be suitable for a breakfast even to the smallest.

Rice is a find for allergic persons. Vitamin B, zinc, iodine, iron, carotene and other useful substances are a part of this grain.

Millet – is rich with vitamin D or as it is called still "vitamin of the sun". Millet grain contains potassium, starch and amino acids.

My recipe very simple, it it is easy to remember in formula 1+1+1+1. For preparation it will be required to us (for 2 portions) on one tablespoon of each grain. Usually I take rice, corn, wheat and millet grain, but it is possible to experiment and add others.

We pour 2 glasses of water in a bucket or a pan and we bring to the boil. After that we pour out all grain and we cook, almost all water won't evaporate yet, then we pour in one or two glasses of milk (if you want to make not really thick porridge - add more milk) and we cook until ready. We cover porridge with a towel for swelling, we give with butter or jam.
