It is required to you

  • - mutton chops of 2 pieces;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For sauce:

  • - starch 1 teaspoon;
  • - red currant of 100 g;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • For a garnish:

  • - vegetable oil;
  • For ornament:
