One of the most successful sauces to meat is sweet-sour. The unusual and juicy dish can be made mutton if to make it with such gravy from red currant.
It is required to you
- - mutton chops of 2 pieces;
- - vegetable oil;
- For sauce:
- - dry white wine of 150 ml;
- - red currant jelly 2 tablespoons;
- - honey 2 teaspoons;
- - parsley 3 branches;
- - starch 1 teaspoon;
- - red currant of 100 g;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- For a garnish:
- - cabbage is young 1/4 heads of cabbage;
- - green peas 2 tablespoons;
- - carrots of 1 piece;
- - vegetable oil;
- For ornament:
- - berries of red currant;
- - rosemary.
Instruction
1. Wash up mutton and dry a paper towel. Then beat off from two parties through food wrap not to break integrity of meat. Then rub chops with a black sprinkling pepper and fry on the heated vegetable oil from two parties. At the end salt.
2. Wash up parsley, dry and very small cut. In a stewpan mix wine with jelly, honey, starch, salt and pepper. Heat on average fire until sauce thickens.
