In spite of the fact that in shops a large number of flour products is on sale, sometimes there is a wish to indulge itself with home-made noodles. It is possible to make noodles, having used special lapsherezky or the most usual knife. Further ready noodles can be used for preparation, for example, of tasty chicken soup.

It is required to you

  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • egg – 3 pieces;
  • wheat flour of the first grade – 300 g.

Instruction

1. To make noodles, we will mix dough from eggs, torments and pinches of salt. Make deepening in flour and pour in egg mix there. Knead stiffdough, you can knead at first a fork or a spoon, and then hands.

2. Remove dough in a package and take in it 30 minutes. Thanks to it it will infuse and will become elastic. Cut the infused dough on several pieces, and then dip them in flour.

3. Roll each piece of the test with a rolling pin or by means of the special machine. Thickness of a rolled dough has to be 1-2 mm. Further dry the rolled sheets within 10 minutes.

4. If you use a lapsherezka, then it is possible to make noodles - miss the dried sheets through it, having chosen necessary thickness a nozzle. Or twist sheets in a tubule and knife them obliquely on thin parts.
