Each Russian is familiar with taste and aroma of mushrooms since childhood. From dishes with these forest gifts were to the taste a gribovnitsa and fried potato with mushrooms. - 250 g of noodles;
- 200 g of champignons;
- 15 g of dry cepes;
- 300 ml of cream;
- 50 g of grated parmesan;
- garlic head;
- 30 g of a desi;
- small bunch of parsley.
1. Take a half of cepes and carefully wash out. Put in a soup plate and fill in 100 ml of boiled water. Leave approximately for 15 minutes.
2. Divide a garlic head into cloves. Also as well as mushrooms fill in them with boiled water in a bowl. Leave for 15 minutes.
3. Place the remained washed-out mushrooms in the blender and crush them together with 50 g of a Parmesan cheese there. If couldn't find parmesan, it is possible to use any other firm grade of cheese, believe, the dish from it won't deteriorate.
4. Drain water from a bowl with garlic, peel it from the softened thin skin.
5. Take a deep frying pan and put on fire. Pour in it a little vegetable oil and put 30 g creamy, heat on small fire so far the last oil won't thaw. Put the whole garlic gloves, cover and let's them potomitsya 10 minutes.
6. When garlic becomes soft and will gain golden color, add the champignons cut on quarters. Fry stirring slowly with 2-3 minutes.
7. To garlic and champignons pour in infusion of cepes. Prepare until there will be no liquid left yet. It has to be absorbed in mushrooms, and superfluous - to evaporate. Steam cepes very carefully, then the aroma will be just delightful!
8. Add 20 percentage cream. You cook a baking plate a cover some time.
9. In a pan boil water, add some salt – fill up noodles. You watch that it didn't boil soft, cast away on a colander and wash with flowing water. Mix noodles with the made sauce.
10. Spread out a dish on portion plates strew with the chopped greens and the prepared mix of cheese and cepes. Noodles with mushrooms are ready.
