How to make omletny muffins

  • - 6 pieces of bacon;
  • - 6 eggs;
  • - 80 ml of milk;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - black sprinkling pepper (to taste);
  • - 6 teaspoons of grated parmesan;
  • - a spoon of the crushed parsley;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. We warm an oven up to 200C. We fry bacon from two parties that it became golden and crunchy.

2. We cut bacon on small pieces.

3. In a bowl slightly we shake up eggs.

4. We add milk, salt, pepper, parmesan and parsley to eggs, we mix.

5. Slightly we oil forms for muffins vegetable and we pour in them in egg mix. From above we spread bacon pieces.

6. We send a form to an oven for 15 minutes. We allow muffins to cool down a little and at once we give on a table!
