It is required to you

  • - 350 ml of water;
  • - 400 g of flour;
  • - 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 0.5 tsps of salt.


1. Spring rolls can be prepared also from usual flour, and from rice. We will use usual, wheat the premium. We will cook dough in the processor - it great saves time. But all manipulations can be done and manually!

2. We pour flour into a mixer bowl, we add salt and vegetable oil, water, we mix everything before doughing-up. Then we fill in it with a glass of water that all dough was covered and we leave for 10 hours (I leave for the night).

4. We put a good non-stick frying pan on average fire and we warm. Oil it we have no need. Further we do fire minimum - the strong heat isn't necessary to us at all!

5. We take a lump of the test and we put it to a frying pan surface, slightly pressing and smearing that there was a trace. We take a rake and it is carefully smoothed all roughnesses on a print.

6. At this moment dough begins to dry. As soon as we see that it already dried up at the edges, we begin to hook very accurately it a rake. All pancake is so gradually removed from a frying pan and we wrap any suitable favourite stuffing!
