Instruction

1. First of all we will make sauce for pasta, otherwise they will cool down, and it is necessary to warm up. To peel onions and garlic and to cut small.

2. Wash, clean and cut mushrooms in small cubes.

3. Peel tomatoes. For this purpose to make a cut in the form of a cross and to lower tomato at first in boiled water, then at once to lower in cold water. Thus, the peel will easily be cleaned, to cut tomatoes in cubes.

4. Warm a frying pan with addition of olive oil. We spread mushrooms and we fry several minutes.

5. There we spread onions and garlic, constantly stirring slowly, we fry until ready.

6. Afterwards we send the tomatoes cut in cubes to a frying pan, we extinguish a little.

7. We add salt, pepper, bay leaf and seasonings to taste.

8. At the end we fill in with a glass of cream and we add small cut greens, we leave to be extinguished 5-10 more minutes.

9. Sauce is ready, it is possible to start boiling of pasta. Lower pasta shouldn't be digested. Cast away ready spaghetti on a colander and wash with cold water. Lay out back in a pan.

10. Before giving on a table to lay out spaghetti on a flat plate, to water from above with the made sauce and to strew with the cheese grated on a small grater. It is possible to give to a table. Enjoy your meal!
