Prepare an unfermented dough very easily and quickly. It is often used for creation of pies with potato, egg or cabbage. Such dough as a rule becomes on the basis of kefir or sour cream. And pies from it turn out gentle, soft and very tasty.

It is required to you

  • - kefir - 0.5 l;
  • - eggs – 2 pieces;
  • - flour;
  • - granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon;
  • - soda – 0.5 h a spoon;
  • - sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt – on a knife tip.

Instruction

1. Before starting mixing of the test, prepare a stuffing for pies. As it it is possible to use potatoes with fried onions, stewed cabbage, boiled eggs with green onions, cottage cheese and another. And still pies with a stuffing from potatoes and the forcemeat roasted in advance turn out very tasty and nourishing. Preparing a stuffing, don't forget to salt it.

2. Shake up eggs in a deep cup, add to them salt and sugar. Then pour in kefir and carefully mix everything. Add sunflower oil, soda and again stir.

3. Fill up flour how many will take dough in the prepared weight. Lay out dough on the table sprinkled with flour and knead it a little. It have to be very soft, but not stick to hands. Then powder it with flour and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Cut dough on small pieces which roll in balls. From them roll flat cakes about 0.5 cm thick. Put the prepared stuffing in the middle of flat cakes and carefully you zashchipnit edges of pies.

5. Fry pies to a golden crust in sunflower oil in a hot frying pan. Spread ready pies on the flat plate laid by a tissue – it will take away excess fat from pies. And then put them in the prepared dish.

6. For those who don't like to eat fried food pies can be baked in an oven. Just put them on the oiled baking tray and bake at a temperature of 200 wasps about 20-30 minutes until the crust becomes ruddy.
