How to make plums pie

Fruit pies always cause delight in gourmets – they air, gentle and at the same time juicy at the expense of fresh fruit.

It is required to you

  • - 5 eggs (yolks separately from proteins);
  • - 200 гр. icing sugar;
  • - 230 гр. desi;
  • - 210 гр. torments;
  • - half of a tablespoon of baking powder (about 6 гр.);
  • - 6 plums (fresh or tinned).

Instruction

1. We warm an oven up to 175C. We shake up icing sugar and yolks in a bowl, we add the kindled desi and again we shake up.

2. We mix flour with baking powder and we add to yolks and oil, we mix to homogeneous mass.

3. We beat whites to elastic foam and we add to dough, accurately we mix.

4. We spread dough on the baking tray (22 × 33 cm) laid by confectionery paper.

5. We level dough and we spread on it halves of plums at identical distance from each other.

6. We bake pie in an oven of 20-25 minutes. For appearance we strew with icing sugar (at will), before giving it is cut on pieces so that in everyone there was a plum half.
