    • vinegar (1 tsp);
    • salt (1/4 tsps);
    • desi (3/4 articles).


1. Take a pan, put in it sugar, corn syrup, water, vinegar and salt. Mix everything to homogeneous mass.

2. Put a pan on gas. Heat contents on average fire to boiling. Constantly stir slowly. You cook until temperature doesn't reach 260 degrees.

3. Make fire more silent. Add a desi to weight. Continue to stir slowly.
