Pork ribs with sauce - extraordinary tasty and fragrant dish. For its preparation it is necessary to take only quality and fresh products, to find for preparation process a little the free time and to use the good recipe.

- 500-700 g of pork ribs;
- 2-3 bay leaves;
- peppercorn;
- For sauce:
- 2 bulbs;
- 1 garlic glove;
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste;
- ½ h.л basilica;
- 1 h l of mustard;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 6 tablespoons of meat soup;
- 6 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
- ½ h l of caraway seeds;
- Tabasco sauce
- vegetable oil;
- For a garnish:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 50 g of a desi;
- salt;
- fresh greens.
Instruction
1. Properly wash out ribs in cold water and dry by means of a tissue or a towel. Then cut them so that each portion piece consisted of unpitted meat.
2. After that put pork ribs in a big pan and fill in with cold water. Don't forget to salt, add bay leaf and peppercorn. You cook them on strong fire within one and a half hours, that is to full readiness.
3. While ribs cook, be engaged in preparation of sauce. Peel onions, small chop and fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil. Peel garlic, crush, add to a frying pan to onions and slightly fry.
4. Then add a tomato paste to a frying pan, season all with salt, spicy herbs, honey, broth, a soy-bean sauce, mustard and a drop of Tabasco. Bring sauce to the boil and you extinguish in an open pan five-seven minutes.
