This trout vegetables salad not only tasty, but also very useful. Vegetables are vitamin-rich, and the trout is a source of useful polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids.

- 125 g of a smoked trout
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 bulb
- Fresh greens of parsley
- 1 paprika
- 2 pods of an asparagus
- 3 radish
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- For gas station:
- 80 g of a natural yoghourt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of a soy-bean sauce
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Black pepper
Instruction
1. Well we wash potatoes, we clean and we boil in salty water. The cooled-down potatoes are cut by circles. We cook an asparagus minutes 5, we cool and it is small cut. We cut a half of onions into cubes, other half - half rings. The radish and paprika is cut by straws.
2. Cubes and parsley we put the cut potatoes, onions in a bowl and we pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil there, we mix and we leave.
3. We wash lettuce leaves and we put on a plate. We mix a radish, pepper, an asparagus and onions half rings in a bowl and we spread on lettuce leaves.
4. We do gas station. We mix yogurt, olive oil, a soy-bean sauce, vinegar and pepper. We mix a third of gas station with potatoes and we spread it on a plate on vegetables.
5. We divide a trout hands into small pieces and we put in a plate with salad. We pour over salad the remained dressing. Enjoy your meal!
