How to make Pu-erh

Pu-erh - a special grade of tea which is manufactured generally in China. This tea helps digestion process, satisfies thirst, copes with a hungover syndrome and food poisonings.   • 1 teaspoon of tea Pu-erh
    • 150 ml of water
    • clay teapot

Instruction

1. Wash out a tea leaf from dust. For this purpose fill in tea 2 times with hot water for several seconds.

2. Wash a teapot with boiled water. Hot water not only will wash out it, but also will heat.

3. Fill in tea with hot water.
