How to make pumpkin fritters with apples?

The delicate flavor of fritters is familiar to us since childhood. Such dish prepared from pumpkin with addition of apples turns out tasty and low-calorie. Fritters can be served with any sauce, jam or sour cream.

It is required to you

  • - 2 eggs.
  • - 1/2 teaspoons of soda.
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • - 30 g of sugar.
  • - 500 g of pumpkin.
  • - 1-2 apples.
  • - green onions.
  • - 200 g of flour.
  • - 100 ml. kefir.
  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. For preparations tasty and magnificent fritter use only pumpkin pulp. Peel pumpkin and apples from crusts, remove a core with sunflower seeds. Grate ingredients. Wash green onions and small cut.

2. In a bowl shake up eggs, add salt, soda and sugar. Put polished pumpkin, apples and the crushed greens, pour in kefir. Mix, add flour and once again well shake up mix. Dough has to be homogeneous, without lumps, on consistence of dense sour cream.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to dough, mix. Take a frying pan, oil it vegetable and well heat. A spoon spread out dough, forming fritters. Do them one size, straighten from all directions. Fry fritters from two parties, overturning a scapula, before formation of golden color. Lay out ready fritters on a dish. Enjoy your meal!
