It is required to you

  • 1 kg of pumpkin;
  • 500 g of sugar;
  • 300 g of dried apricots.

Instruction

1. To make pumpkin jam, take not too firm fruit. Wash up vegetable, remove a peel, clean seeds.

2. Grate the prepared pumpkin.

3. Carefully wash out dried apricots, wet in boiled water for 5-7 minutes, pull out from water and cut on 4 parts. You don't crush, сухофрукт it has to be felt well in pumpkin jam.
