Ingredients (4 portions):

Sequence of actions:

Clean potatoes, cut it on halves that cooked quicker if tubers large. Boil water in a pan, slightly add some salt to it. Lower potatoes in boiled water and you cook until it doesn't become soft. Readiness of potatoes can be found out, puncturing it periodically with a fork. In several minutes until ready add to a pan with potatoes garlic glove or bay leaf.

While potatoes cook, prepare mix for puree in advance. Heat a glass of milk and 50 grams of a desi, bring to the boil. Salt the received liquid.

Drain water from ready potatoes, knead tubers the mixer or a wooden second-hand market. Make sure that in the received puree there is no lump left.

Pour in mix from oil and milk and continue to shake up puree. Keep in mind, puree initially has to turn out a little liquid as further it will thicken. That puree didn't cool down, the pan can be wrapped up in a towel.
