Soft mashed potatoes - one of the most popular garnishes in Russian cuisine. One of ways of preparation of mashed potatoes consists from roasting of potatoes in a peel, then its wiping through a sieve with dilution by hot milk. We will consider a classical and not so labor-consuming compounding. Small efforts will be required to shake up weight at the end.

- 1 kg. potatoes
- 50-70 гр. desi
- 200-250ml. milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instruction
1. Potatoes need to be cleaned, washed and cut on halves, large potatoes - on quarters.
2. Fill in potatoes with cold water and put to cook on average fire.
3. Cook potatoes of 30-40 minutes.
4. When water begins to boil, add salt.
5. Warm up milk, but you don't boil.
6. Kindle oil.
7. Drain water from ready potatoes.
8. A masher or a pestle mash potatoes to a uniform state, pouring gradually in oil.
9. After there is no lump left, continuing to pound pour in hot milk.
10. Take a nimbus and properly shake up potatoes with milk a nimbus.
11. It is necessary hot to give some puree.
12. Before giving of puree it is possible to strew with green onions or fennel.
