How to make ragout from a turkey with tomato sauce

The fans of tasty dishes keeping the figure can make ragout from a turkey with tomato sauce. The dish will turn out dietary at the expense of light meat of a turkey, but very tasty and fragrant at the expense of seasonings and balsam vinegar - it will be impossible to resist it.

It is required to you

  • - 400 g of fillet of a turkey;
  • - average bulb;
  • - big carrot;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 750 g of tinned tomatoes in own juice;
  • - half of a tablespoon of balsam vinegar;
  • - 50 ml of white wine;
  • - on a teaspoon of an oregano and basil;
  • - sugar on a knife tip;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - olive oil.

Instruction

1. We warm an oven up to 170C. Onions are crushed, we squeeze out garlic, we cut the peeled carrots in cubes. We cut fillet of a turkey small pieces.

2. In a pan with a thick bottom which can be used for an oven we warm a small amount of olive oil. We fry on it a turkey within 3-5 minutes, we salt and we pepper, we shift to a plate.

3. We fry in a pan onions and carrots within 5 minutes, we add garlic. In a minute we spread in a pan tomatoes in own juice, we season with an oregano, a basil and a small amount of ground black pepper. We pour in wine and balsam vinegar, we add sugar that the dish wasn't very sour because of tomatoes. We extinguish all ingredients several minutes, slightly crushing a fork tinned tomatoes.

4. We return a turkey in a pan, carefully we mix and we bring to the boil. We close a pan a cover and we send to an oven for 60-90 minutes (depending on the size of pieces of a turkey). During this time 2-3 times we mix ragout, before giving we allow to stand out of an oven within 10-15 minutes. As a garnish it is possible to prepare any grade of rice.
