Sometimes gardeners don't manage to reap a crop of cucumbers, as a result they outgrow. These gherkins have the name - "zheltyak". They have large numerous seeds, a thick thin skin and a bitter taste. But it is optional to throw out them! From these raw materials excellent preparations for the winter which not less useful and tasty, than a cucumber pickles can turn out.
It is required to you
- - 1 kg of the outgrown cucumbers;
- - 50 g of fennel;
- - 20 g of mint;
- - 10 g of leaves of cherry;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - 50 g of salt;
- - 40 g of vinegar;
- - 0.5 l. waters;
- - 3-liter can;
- - skewers or toothpicks.
Instruction
1. Wash the outgrown cucumbers, accurately clean from a thin skin and remove seeds.
2. From cucumber pulp cut a plate 1 cm thick.
3. Wash out all greens and thinly cut.
4. Clean a head of garlic from a peel and cut segments.
5. Evenly salt cucumber plates, greens and garlic. Inwrap plates in rolls, having pierced skewers.
6. Accurately lay ready rolls in bank. From above place cherry leaves, fill in with warm water and add vinegar.
7. Twirl to bank a cover and accurately turn it. In such look you store preparation in a cellar.
