How to make rolls with a shrimp. The instruction for beginners.

Rolls became habitual food for many people long ago. But if rolls with a wet fish not all to liking, then rolls with a shrimp are pleasant to all. Preparations I will share the experience with you. This article is useful for those who only learn art of preparation of rolls.

It is required to you

  • 200 grams of round rice, 4 leaves to a hole, 200 grams of royal shrimps, 100 grams of a hard cheese, 2 small cucumbers, 1 tablespoon rice to vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 4 teaspoons of sugar, soy-bean sauce, bamboo mat.

Instruction

1. Wash out rice, fill in with water (water has to be twice more than some rice) and put on average fire. After boiling lower fire and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir slowly constantly.

2. Cut cucumbers and cheese thin straws. Boil shrimps (lower them in the boiling water and in 2 minutes cast away on a colander).

3. Mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix to full sugar remelting and salt. Pour in solution in hot rice and mix. Leave rice a little to cool down.

4. To a hole the smooth party put a leaf on a wooden mat down. Put a layer of the cooled-down rice so that from above there were about 2 centimeters of the blank space.

5. Recede 2-3 centimeters from a bottom and put a stuffing (cheese, cucumbers, a shrimp). Accurately by means of a wooden napkin curtail round elastic roll.
