- 3 glasses of rye flour
- 3 glasses of water
Instruction
1. Sift flour.
2. Mix 1 glass of flour with 1 glass of warm water.
3. Pour out mix in a big container, it is possible a 3-liter can taking into account that ferment will increase in volume by 4-6 times.
4. Cover a container with a gauze that ferment "breathed".
5. Leave mix for two days at the room temperature.
6. In 2 days mix 1 more glass of flour with a glass of water.
7. Mix mix with the begun to ferment ferment, having carefully mixed.
8. Still in a day add the remained flour mixed with water.
9. In a day ferment is ready and it can be used for bread making.
10. Good ferment has a characteristic sourish smell, uniform texture and to bubble.
