It is required to you

  • For gas station:
    • 7 tablespoons of olive oil;
    • 1 segment of garlic;
    • 7 leaves of a basil;
    • 5 tablespoons of wine sauce;
    • salt;

    • For salad:
    • 250 g of green beans;
    • olive oil;
    • 1 segment of garlic;
    • parsley bunch;
    • 2 tablespoons of wine sauce;
    • 2 h l of lemon juice;
    • 1 head of cabbage of salad;
    • 3 tomatoes;
    • 1 cucumber;
    • 3 bulbs;
    • 3 tablespoons of small black olives;
    • 1 sweet red pepper;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 7-8 fillets of anchovies in oil;
    • 150 g of a tuna in oil.

Instruction

1. In advance prepare salad-dressing. In a small plate mix olive oil, the garlic crushed in a chesnokodavka, small cut basil, wine vinegar, salt, a black sprinkling pepper. Then close it from above food wrap and leave gas station to infuse in the warm place two hours.

7. Hard-boil eggs, cool, clean and cut on quarters. Anchovies if very salty, wash out or soak.

8. On a plate begin to spread salad layers. The first layer – the chopped salad, then an onions layer, tomatoes, a cucumber, haricot and pepper. Slightly you salt each layer, repeat them several times.
