When there isn't enough time for preparation of other food at all, hot sandwiches can serve as an excellent alternative. The crisp with juicy tomato and a small fish won't leave indifferent either you, or your guests.

It is required to us:

  • Bread (or long loaf) - 1 roll;
  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml (as necessary);
  • Garlic - 3 - 5 cloves;
  • Mayonnaise - 150 - 200 гр;
  • Sprats (Baltic) - 1 bank;
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces;
  • Greens (parsley) - 1 bunch.

Preparation process

We cut bread on a cutting board, on pieces about 2 cm thick. We fry it in a frying pan till golden color. While bread is fried, we do sauce to our sandwiches. We peel garlic from a peel, we press it in a chesnokodavka and we mix with mayonnaise (proportions vary from your taste). We get bread from a frying pan, and we put it on a napkin (that excess oil was absorbed). We smear our toasts with sauce, and we spread them on a dish.
