It is required to you

  • - 1 bulb of the average size;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 1 branch of a thyme;
  • - 1 tablespoons of the cut parsley greens (with the hill);
  • - 0.5 kg of fresh tomatoes;
  • - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 6 pieces of a green paprika;
  • - 0.5 glasses of red wine;
  • - 1 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 6 pieces of juniper berries.

Instruction

1. Clean a head of onions from a peel, wash and small chop. Divide the cut onions into two equal parts. Peel garlic and miss through a press. A thyme small cut and together with garlic put in a separate bowl.

2. Warm a frying pan and pour in it in a small amount of oil (if near at hand there is no olive oil, replace it sunflower refined). Put in a frying pan a half of the cut onions, the thyme and garlic which is passed through a press. Fry everything on average fire 3-4 minutes.
