  • - mincemeat any (pork and beef, beef, chicken or mixed) - 600 g;
  • - onions of the large size - 1 piece;
  • - sparkling mineral water - 3 tablespoons;
  • - a red paprika - 1 tablespoon;
  • - a black sprinkling pepper - 1 tsp;
  • - soda - 1 pinch;
  • - salt - 1 tsp;
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - frying pan.

Instruction

1. Clean onions from a peel and grate. It is also possible to crush it by means of the blender or to chop small a knife.

2. In a bowl lay out forcemeat, the crushed onions, red and black pepper and also salt and soda. Together mix everything to uniformity. After that add mineral water, properly knead hands and beat off - the weight which holds a form has to turn out. Then cover a bowl or food wrap and remove in the fridge for a couple of hours.

3. Get forcemeat and create from it sausages with a diameter about 2 cm. In a frying pan pour in sunflower oil and warm up it.
