Sausages aren't a product which can be used immediately. Before food they should be subjected to thermal treatment. One of ways of preparation is frying of a product on a grill.
Several recipes for sausages on a grill (ingredients are given at the rate on half a kilogram of sausages).
1. Simple sausages. Prepare 3 spoons of sour cream and any greens to taste. Exempt sausages from a cover, cover with sour cream, lay on a heated grill or a lattice. Overturning, roast to a crust. Crush greens, remove a fried product from a lattice, spread out to plates and strew with greens.
2. Sausages with garlic. On the cleaned sausages make slanting cuts (as on long loaf). Small cut some 6 garlic gloves. Fill with it cuts, from above spread everything with mayonnaise or sour cream – enough two tablespoons. Lay sausages on a hot grill and fry to a crust.
3. Sausages with cheese. 200 g of a hard cheese, one lemon or dry white wine, a bunch of green onions, several branches of fennel are required. Crush greens, grate cheese. From sausages skim, cut lengthways, but not till the end. Put a little cheese in a section, fix by toothpicks, water with the divorced lemon juice or wine. Lay on a grill and roast to a golden crust. Give on a table, having strewed with greens.
4. Sausages with onions. Prepare one average bulb, a bunch of green onions, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Polish, cut onions in cubes, to crush green onions. Mix a half of green with onions, add a mayonnaise spoon, stir. Make an incision the peeled sausages on length and fill with onions weight. Fry on a grill. Give to a table, having strewed with green onions.
