It is required to you

  • - Salt - 5-6 g;
  • - Cheese Ricotta - 350 g;
  • - Cream of 30-35% - 70 ml;
  • - A desi - 100 g;
  • - Icing sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - A baking powder - 1 unitary enterprise;
  • - Milk - 250 ml;
  • - Wheat flour - 200 g;
  • - Strawberry jam - 5 tablespoons;
  • - Egg - 6 pieces;

Instruction

1. In a deep stewpan pour out milk and bring to the boil. Then add a desi, salt and lower fire to a minimum. Constantly stirring slowly with a nimbus milk, fill up baking powder and a sifted flour. Without removing fire, continue to mix. It will allow to avoid lumps.

2. As soon as mass becomes homogeneous, add two eggs and again properly mix everything. Make the same with other eggs. Let's weight have a rest within half an hour. As a result at you smooth and uniform dough has to turn out.

3. Lay a baking tray parchment. Warm an oven to 180 degrees. Put dough in a pastry bag and squeeze out small balls (approximately about walnut) at distance of three centimeters from each other. Put dough in an oven and bake within 20 minutes.
