Brochettes from seafood

For preparation of this dish it is required to you:

  • zucchini - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • parsley greens;
  • pepper and salt - to taste.

Squids clean a baking plate with flowing water, separating a film, an entrails and a chord. Carefully wash out them.

Prepare vegetables. Peel onions, zucchini and garlic and cut small chusochka. Salt and pepper mix vegetable and extinguish in a stewpan with a small amount of oil within 5 minutes. Wash up parsley, shake to remove excess water and small cut greens.

Cool stewed vegetables. Mix with crude egg, greens, flour and carefully mix everything. Fill with the received weight squids. Put them on a lattice and fry, constantly overturning, on coals to a golden crust.
