Beautiful small baskets with trout and spinach stuffing will become bright decoration of a table, and all guests will be enraptured with their delicate flavor.
It is required to you
- For the test:
- - 100 гр. desi;
- - 200 гр. torments;
- - salt pinch;
- - 5 spoons of ice water.
- For a stuffing:
- - 1 steak of a trout (or salmons);
- - 300 гр. spinach;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 150 ml of cream (35% of fat content);
- - 100 гр. grated cheese;
- - teaspoon of ground nutmeg (at will);
- - salt.
Instruction
1. We prepare all ingredients that were near at hand.
2. On a land surface we pour out flour and the oil cut by pieces, we mix in a crumb and we add ice water. We knead dough.
3. We spread dough in a form for cakes or muffins, we remove in the fridge.
4. We separate a trout (salmon) from bones and skin, we cut strips.
5. We wring out the defrozen spinach that all water flew down, we mix in a bowl with cream, eggs, a grated cheese, a muscat (at will) and I will merge.
6. We get a form with the test from the fridge. Strips of fish are beautifully twisted that some kind of leg-base crabmeat turned out.
7. In molds with the test we spread a stuffing, approximately to the middle. We add "leg-base crabmeat" from fish, slightly we press it and we pour in a little more stuffing that it reached to the brim molds.
8. We warm an oven up to 180C and we bake baskets with a trout of 50 minutes.
