    • Tomato paste — 2 tablespoons
    • Garlic — 3 cloves
    • Greens (fennel
    • parsley)
    • Lemon
    • Bay leaf
    • Pepper
    • Salt

Instruction

1. Prepare vegetables. Clean and cut onions, carrots, potatoes, pickle and garlic.

2. Wash mushrooms and cut with small straws. Put mushrooms in a pan and put to cook. You watch closely broth. In 10 minutes after boiling it is necessary to add potatoes to broth.

3. On a frying pan with the warmed oil put onions, carrots and you extinguish 10 minutes, often mixing. Then add garlic, tomato paste, pickle and several spoons of mushroom broth. Close a cover and leave to be extinguished until broth doesn't boil away, and vegetables won't become soft. After boiling away of broth add a desi and you extinguish 5 more minutes.

4. Add stewed vegetables to mushroom broth and you cook 15 more min. In several minutes until ready add olives, salt, pepper and the chopped greens. Before giving on a table, put lemon segment in each plate. Dress solyanka with mayonnaise or sour cream.
