Sparkling water is loved by both children, and adults. But not all know that it can be prepared independently. All ingredients can be found with ease in shop. And the received drink will be it is nearly worse than some purchased lemonade.
It is required to you
- On two two-liter bottles:
- 7 liters of water
- 1/2 glasses of warm water
- 2 1/4 glasses of sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons of a beer or grain yeast
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of fragrance
Instruction
1. Decide on taste. Fragrances can be bought practically in any wine shop. They happen several tastes: lemonade, Coca, ситр and others.
2. In a glass with warm water dissolve yeast. The amount of yeast is necessary as it is possible to measure more precisely. If they will be not enough, then gassing won't turn out and if there is a lot of - water will have a smack of yeast. Then the received mix has to infuse about 5 minutes.
3. Take not an aluminum container and add to it sugar, pour flavoring fragrances and the dissolved yeast, add a missing amount of water, close a cover and shake until sugar isn't dissolved.
4. Pour the received mix on in advance prepared bottles for sparkling water and twirl covers.
5. Let's bottles infuse. You store them in the dark place at the room temperature of five days. During these days the bottles need to be squeezed. If the bottle seems to you firm, slightly open a lid, produce excess gas and again twirl.
6. When bottles become same firm as in shops, you can put them in the fridge. Sparkling water needs to be used within a month.
