It is required to you

  • - 110 g of broad wheaten noodles;
  • - 2 spoons of a desi;
  • - pinch of flakes of paprika;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - on a tablespoon of a refiner syrup, soy-bean sauce and the Chile sauce;
  • - several branches of fresh cilantro;
  • - several feathers of green onions.

Instruction

1. In a pan we boil water for noodles. At this time we cook sauce – in a cup we mix a soy-bean sauce, the Chile sauce and a refiner syrup.

2. We boil wheat noodles according to the instruction on packing (about 5-7 minutes).

3. In a frying pan we kindle a desi on average fire. We add paprika flakes.

4. We shake up egg and we pour in it in a frying pan, we fry, quickly stirring slowly.

5. We merge ready noodles, we shift in a frying pan and we sauce. We fry on the minimum fire 2-3 minutes, stirring slowly that noodles completely became covered by sauce and excess moisture evaporated.

6. We add the crushed cilantro and small cut onions, at once we serve the dish on a table.
