  • - flour - 500 g;
  • - olive oil - 90 ml;
  • - dry white wine - 200 ml;

  • Stuffing:
  • - spinach - 350 g;
  • - ricotta - 350 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - Parmesan cheese - 100 g;
  • - bread crumbs - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instruction

1. Lay out flour in a deep cup. Add to it dry white wine and also olive oil and salt. Carefully mix everything to uniformity. Thus, dough for future pie turned out. Inwrap it food wrap and don't touch some time.

2. With spinach make the following: carefully wash out then boil. Then squeeze out excess water, small cut and connect to ricotta. There lay out egg, the cheese crushed by means of a grater and also pepper and salt. Carefully mix everything. The stuffing for pie is ready.

3. Take dough from food wrap and divide into 2 equal pieces. Roll everyone in round layer which diameter is approximately equal to 30 centimeters.
