It is required to you

  • 400 g of pork;
    • 700 g of potatoes;
    • 1 carrots;
    • 1 bulb;
    • bay leaf;
    • peppercorn;
    • salt;
    • vegetable oil;

Instruction

1. Wash out 400 g of pork a baking plate a stream of cold water. Cut it small pieces.

2. Clean 700 g of potatoes, wash out and cut in cubes 2х2 cm or it is any, not really small. Wash out potatoes once again.

3. Clean on one bulb and carrots. Small cut onions, grate carrots.

4. Warm in a thick-walled pan of a little vegetable oil. Put the cut meat in hot oil. Slightly fry it and add to it carrots. Mix everything and fry on slow fire of 10-15 minutes.

5. Add to the fried meat with carrots the cut potatoes. Continue to fry everything together about 5 minutes.
