Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 kg of strawberry;
  • 5 kg of sugar.

Preparation:

We touch berries of strawberry, throwing out the nedospely and spoiled fruits, we clean them from leaves then we throw back on a colander and we wash a baking plate with cold water. We spread the prepared strawberry in deep capacity and it is evenly strewed with the specified amount of granulated sugar. Then we leave strawberry to infuse for 3-4 hours that it emitted juice.

After the specified time we put the container with strawberry on fire and we bring to the boil, periodically stirring slowly with mix with a wooden spoon. It is necessary to cook jam in several approaches on 1-2 minute with intervals at 4 o'clock.

  • 1 kg of strawberry;
  • 2 kg of sugar.

Preparation:

We touch berries, peeling them from leaves and other garbage. We put the selected fruits in a colander and we wash out, having several times lowered in the container with cold water. We pour the washed-up strawberry into a multicooker bowl, we fill up with granulated sugar and we leave to infuse for 10-12 hours. Next day we turn on the multicooker in the Multipovar or Varenye mode, we expose temperature of 160 degrees and we prepare a dessert for 30 minutes, periodically stirring slowly and removing a skin.

Banks for jam it is necessary to wash out and warm up carefully the ferry within 2-3 minutes. We spill ready strawberry delicacy on the prepared banks, we close covers and we remove on storage to the dark and cool place.
