Instruction

2. Shift a wild strawberry in any wide capacity. Well pour berries granulated sugar. Remove the container with berries in a cool for ten hours (it is possible to make preparation for the night that since morning to start jam making). During this time fruits will start up juice in which will cook further.

3. Prepare ware for cooking and shift in it a wild strawberry together with the formed juice. Put on fire and bring to the boil. As berries very gentle, you cook them on small fire no more than 25 minutes. At jam making don't forget to remove a skin (it very tasty, you can give it later to tea). From time to time stir up the container with berries.

4. Put ready jam aside. On fire put a pan with water and heat water to temperature similar to jam. Put in water of a jar and bring to the boil. On 0.5 liters 10 minutes, and on 1 liter - are enough to warm up 20 minutes jars. Spread out jam on jars, cool and remove on storage.
