It is quite real to adhere to healthy food, without refusing to itself at the same time sweeties. Here the recipe of very tasty cake made only from natural products and suitable even for syroyed.
It is required to you
- Half-glass of small oat flakes;
- The almonds which aren't fried — 1 glass;
- Cashew — 100 гр.;
- Maple syrup (it is possible to replace with liquid honey) — 2 tablespoons for a cake layer and 2 h a spoon — for the top layer, 1 tablespoon for sauce;
- Coconut oil — 3 tablespoons for a cake layer and 1/4 glasses — for the top layer, 2-3 h a spoon for sauce;
- Large dates — 15 pieces;
- Almond milk — a half-glass;
- Cocoa — 1/3 glasses (it is possible to replace keroby, but the taste will be another, and in this case it will be necessary to take a little less powder, about 1/4 glasses, or it is more than oil);
- Sea salt — to taste (it is possible without it).
Instruction
1. Previously wet cashew in cold water for 4-5 hours. Dates need also to be wetted, there is enough for 1-2 hours. Clean them from stones.
2. Crush oat flakes in the coffee grinder to consistence of flour. Separately crush almonds (more conveniently in the blender) to a small crumb. Mix with oat flour, add maple syrup and coconut oil to mix. Lay out mix in a form, it is better on parchment paper.
3. For preparation of the top layer mix in the blender soaked cashew and dates, separately mix almond milk, syrup and coconut oil. Connect both mixes and bring to a uniform state. Lay out this layer evenly, over a cake layer.
4. Preparation of sauce. In cocoa to pour in liquid coconut oil, constantly mixing. Add syrup, also to mix. Water cake with the turned-out syrup and put in the freezer.
5. When giving, cake should be taken at the room temperature of 15-20 minutes. Not in which case not to defreeze in the microwave oven!
