Tartlets always become pleasant addition to a tea drinking. They are very beautiful, and as a stuffing it is possible to use practically everything. We will consider option with cream and fruit.
It is required to you
- For tartlets:
- - 120 g of a desi;
- - 85 g of icing sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 230 g of flour for cakes.
- For a stuffing:
- - 400 g of dense cream for beating;
- - 60 g of icing sugar;
- - any fresh fruit or berries.
Instruction
1. We warm an oven up to 180C. The mixer we shake up oil and icing sugar, we add egg. In two calling we drive in flour that uniform dough turned out into the last turn.
2. We roll dough about 2 mm thick and by means of a glass we cut out circles with a diameter of 7-7.5 cm.
3. We overturn a form for mini-muffins upside down and we oil cups. We cover them with circles of the test and we give them the form of tartlets.
4. We bake tartlets of 15-20 minutes that they became golden color.
5. We shake up cream with sugar, we fill with cream of tartlet and we spread favourite fruit or berries.
