Goulash – it a tasty meat dish is from Hungary. Shepherds trained him to be warmed and restore forces. The longer meat with vegetables was stewed, the goulash became more tasty.
It is required to you
- - 2 spoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 bulbs of the small size;
- - 4 garlic gloves;
- - 900 гр. the pork cut in cubes;
- - 3 teaspoons of paprika;
- - salt to taste;
- - 1.3 l of water;
- - 2 spoons with the mound of tomato paste;
- - 3 tea spoons of a dried marjoram;
- - 2 tea spoons of caraway seeds;
- - half of a teaspoon of a black pepper;
- - 3 potatoes of the average size.
Instruction
1. On olive oil we fry small cut onions to a transparent state.
2. We add to it the crushed garlic, we fry 2 minutes.
3. We spread the pork cut in cubes in a pan. We mix and fry until pork doesn't decolorize.
4. We add paprika and salt. We mix and pour in water.
5. We bring broth to the boil and we spread in a pan all remained ingredients except potatoes.
6. We cook on average fire of 40 minutes, we add potatoes cut by small pieces and we cook 20 more minutes.
7. We serve goulash with pieces of fresh black bread and we enjoy its taste.
