  • peas dry – 2 glasses;
    • water – 4 glasses;
    • onion – 1 head;
    • desi – 100gr;
    • salt – to taste

Instruction

1. Prepare peas. Wash out it and wet in cold water for 1.5-2 hours. If peas integral, very dry, time of soaking it is possible to increase till 4 o'clock.

2. Put the washed-out and bulked up peas in a pan, fill in with enough cold water, put on fire. After boiling scum and you cook it on slow fire of 40-45 minutes. Water doesn't need to be salted.

3. After peas were well boiled thoroughly, carefully drain water in separate ware. Don't pour out broth yet, it still is useful to you. Now it is necessary to mash peas. It is possible to do it by a usual masher or by means of the blender. In the second case of puree it will turn out more homogeneous, soft. It doesn't mean at all – better, everything depends on your taste.

4. Add to a pan in which peas, a desi cooked, kindle it. Small cut a bulb and fry in oil. When frying don't include fire strongly. Onions have to become transparent. You watch that it didn't burn.

5. In the fried onions shift the received pea puree, add the broth which is a little merged earlier that mashed potatoes became thick, but fluid. Now it is possible to put salt or dry salty seasonings, broths to taste. Cover a pan and leave "pine" on very slow fire. In 5-10 minutes switch off fire and let's a goroshnitsa infuse a little more (you will set the table by a lunch so far).

6. Give the prepared most tasty goroshnitsa in a beautiful plate, watering slightly its kindled desi. Decorate with greens, and prepare a green salad with olive oil even better. If you want to include a goroshnitsa in the menu as a fast dish, replace a desi with vegetable. Too it will turn out very tasty and it is nutritious.
