  • Welsh toasts:
  • - 4 slices of white loaf;
  • - 150 g of cheddar;
  • - 60 g of a desi;
  • - 1 h mustard spoon;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a dark beer;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

  • - white loaf;

Instruction

1. Sweet toasts. Such dish will be ideal for a breakfast. For it it is possible to use the fresh or slightly hardened long loaf. Bread slice accurate about 1 cm thick. In a bowl shake up milk with egg, dip into it each slice. In a frying pan warm vegetable or a desi and fry toasts till golden color. Strew each piece with icing sugar.
