Instruction of preparation of snack in Korean:

  • Wash tomatoes. Leave them for 1 hour to be soaked in cold water.
  • Wash paprika. Remove a fruit stem and seeds.
  • Clean garlic, wash it.
  • Wash out greens and dry it by means of a paper towel.
  • Crush paprika with garlic in the blender, or pass vegetables via the meat grinder.
  • Add sunflower oil, granulated sugar, a table vinegar to a vegetable mix. Carefully to mix everything.
